About Maui Meadows

Listen folks, I have lived on Maui my entire life. I have moved around quite a bit, living on all sides of the island. I finally settled in Maui Meadows back in 1990. If there is one thing I know about the neighborhood it’s that there is nothing else like it on Maui. Further more I’m going to go out on a limb and say, “like nothing on earth.”

The reason why Maui Meadows is so unique and great is its location. Location… location… location it’s everything! Maui Meadows is located on the southern facing slop of Haleakala. Maui Meadows begins at an elevation of 225ft climbing to a peek of 610ft. It then borders the vast Ulupalakua Ranch giving it a secluded feeling. With its slight elevation it allows the cool breezes of Haleakala to take affect on over 600 properties. I can not emphasize this fact enough once the sun has set. As the cool air sweeps down the mountain providing for a good nights sleep.
